Feb. 8 (Day 39) - Meeting with Genius's
I had an appointment with the Geniuses at Apple today. My macbook screen turns grey if I open it more than about 1/2 inch. I found out it will be about $185 to fix this and they'll fix the cracking palm rest for free while they are at it. I'm not quite ready to lose it for a week, so I'll just keep plugging it into an external monitor.

eek that sucks about your screen....but i feel your pain on the cracking palm rest area. mine looks horrible! and dirty. i will never get a white computer ever again! lol
